When people ask Connie Clawson what she does, she doesn't say she sells houses. She says she helps families find where they belong, turning them into forever friends. After 23 years as one of East Idaho's most recognized real estate professionals, and as a Broker-Owner who has earned the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, Lifetime Achievement, Titan Award, Chairman's Club, and Platinum Club; Connie is still passionate about her craft.

Idaho Falls is the gateway city, positioned between Yellowstone to the north, the Grand Tetons to the east, and the Snake River Plain stretching west. When Connie says East Idaho is the gateway to the most beautiful parts of America, she has driven every road that makes that true.

What She Knows That Took Two Decades to Learn:
There are things a great Idaho Falls real estate agent understands that no website can fully teach. Connie has been building this knowledge since 2001.
School district boundaries are not obvious. Idaho Falls splits between District 91 and Bonneville Joint District 93, and which district your address falls in can determine everything about your children's schooling. Two houses on opposite sides of a street are in different districts. Connie knows these lines from memory.
The market outside Idaho Falls is as important as the market inside it. Rexburg is 30 minutes north and appreciating faster than most buyers realize. Island Park at the edge of Yellowstone is a recreational and second-home market with its own seasonal logic. Swan Valley, where the Snake River comes down from Wyoming, moves to a completely different rhythm. Pocatello and the ISU corridor serve a different buyer profile entirely. Connie has worked all of these markets, not occasionally, but consistently.
Idaho Falls is in the middle of a genuine growth chapter. A professional hockey franchise, significant commercial development, and continued population growth from out-of-state buyers, particularly from California, Utah, and Texas, are reshaping what the city looks like and where value is moving. Understanding that trajectory is part of understanding where to buy.
The community is the selling point. Connie has been the precinct chairman for her district. She has coached, cooked for, voted alongside, and worshipped near the people of this community for over two decades. When she tells you Idaho Falls is the kind of place where neighbors remember your name, she is reporting, not selling.
